London, United Kingdom - Young and Lost Club Records This was definately my most pleasant suprise at SXSW 08. I saw them in a UK showcase right before Mick Jones' new band Carbon/Silicon. Laura Marling performed with them. Truly amazing show.
Cardiff, United Kingdom - Arts & Crafts Records Saw them at Emos side door in Austin, TX. These kids from Wales bring the energy to the live show.
Toronto, Canada - Last Gang Records Definately one of the wildest shows I saw at SXSW 08. I thought the floor was going to collapse from the bouncing up and down. Death by atari. Definately check out their remix of the Klaxons' Atlantis to Interzone.
