Summer Trees
I walked an hour through one of Boston's worst rainstorms and ended up in some basement bar near Harvard Square. This amazing girl on tour from the west coast was using cassette tapes to build loops real time with old keyboards and bells.
After the show I hung around and asked, "Which song is your favorite?"
She said, "um.... Summer Trees, I guess."

London, United Kingdom - Virgin UK Saw her perform at SXSW 08 with Noah and The Whale. Beautiful voice, she doesn't smile much though.
